The Twilight Run / Walk / Roll & Post-Race Party is one of the largest CARA
(Chicago Area Runners Association) certified 5K race in the Chicago-land area
serving competitive and recreational runners and athletes with disabilities.
Children’s Fun Run! FREE for ages 10 and under.
The celebration for ALL ages will continue with games, food and drinks, awards and tons of fun at the post-race party.
A Race for All Abilities:
- Manual Wheelchairs/Racing Wheelchairs
- Blind/Visually Impaired
- Children’s Fun Run (ages 10 and under)
- Those with ambulatory disabilities
- Stroller friendly race
Prizes for overall male & female runners, awards for the top three teams and top three finishers in each age group (excluding Children’s Fun Run).

This race has applied for and received the Chicago Area Runners Association designation as a 2016 CARA CERTIFIED RACE #16080. This race has agreed to adhere to and uphold CARA’s Best Practices Guidelines. These Guidelines embody the highest standards for quality, safety and comfort for participants in a road race.
